How We Price a Job
Exterior cleaning is priced on surface area, surface material and how much growth has taken hold — not on a flat per-hour rate that rewards us for working slowly. A two-storey vinyl home with light mildew on one elevation is a different job from the same house with algae on all four sides and a north-facing roof full of moss, and the price should say so.
That is why we ask about material and condition before quoting. Soft washing siding, stucco or a shingle roof means detergent dwell time and low pressure. Cleaning a concrete driveway means genuine high pressure and a surface cleaner. Sealing pavers after washing is a separate step with its own cost. We itemise it so you can see what you are paying for and drop anything you would rather leave.
We quote honestly and we do not upsell. If a surface does not need cleaning this year, we will tell you that instead of finding you something to buy. There are no standing discounts or promotional gimmicks — the price is simply the price for the work.
What to Include in Your Request
A few details up front usually mean the first figure we give you is the final one:
- Your address or town, so we know the drive and the local conditions.
- Which surfaces you want cleaned, and roughly the size or number of storeys.
- The material — vinyl, wood, stucco, brick, concrete, pavers or shingle.
- How long since it was last washed, and what you can see: general dirt, green algae, black roof streaks or moss.
- Photos, if you have them. One wide shot per elevation tells us more than a paragraph.
- Anything we should protect: planting beds, painted trim, garden furniture, pets in the yard.
- Any dates that suit you, or a deadline such as a sale, an inspection or an event.
After You Send It
We answer every call and reply to every request. For most residential work we can quote from your description and photos; larger properties, commercial buildings and anything with roof access usually warrant a short visit first, which is also free. Our hours are Mon–Fri 8am–6pm · Sat 8am–12pm, and we are closed Sundays.
Once you approve the price we book a date and confirm what needs moving or covering beforehand. We are licensed and insured, our technicians are trained to our own standards rather than hired by the season, and we accept all major payment types. Se habla español.
