Capri Wash LLC is a family-owned exterior cleaning company based in Franklinville, NJ. We work across Gloucester, Cumberland and Salem counties, and most of what we do is residential — siding, roofs, driveways, patios, decks, fences and gutters — with commercial storefronts and office exteriors alongside it.
You do not need to know what your property needs before you call. If you are not sure whether a surface should be soft washed or pressure washed, that is exactly the kind of question we would rather answer up front than have you guess at.
What Happens When You Get in Touch
We answer every call. When you reach us we will ask a few practical questions: which surfaces need cleaning, roughly how large the area is, how long it has been since it was last washed, and whether you have noticed any staining, algae, moss or mildew. That is usually enough for us to tell you which method we would use and why.
From there you get a clear, itemised price with no obligation attached — free, and often the same day. If you would rather put it in writing than talk it through, email capriwashnj@gmail.com with a couple of photos and we will reply with the same level of detail. Our hours are Mon–Fri 8am–6pm · Sat 8am–12pm, and we are closed Sundays.
Things Worth Telling Us
None of this is required, but the more you can tell us, the more accurate the first number we give you will be:
- The surface material — vinyl siding, wood, stucco, brick, concrete, pavers or asphalt shingle. Material decides method.
- Anything delicate nearby: garden beds, mature plantings, painted trim, outdoor furniture or pets that use the yard.
- Whether there is an outdoor water spigot we can reach, and where a truck can reasonably park.
- Roof pitch and height, and whether you have seen black streaking or moss rather than general dirt.
- Any previous cleaning that damaged a surface — it tells us what to avoid.
- Whether the property is commercial, and if so what hours we would need to work around.
Straight Answers, Not a Sales Call
We are soft-wash specialists first. Low pressure and biodegradable detergents do the work on siding, roofs, stucco and wood, and we bring real pressure in only where the surface genuinely calls for it, such as concrete. If a job does not need doing yet, we will say so.
Our owners have been in home services since 1988, starting in painting, which is a large part of why we are careful about what high pressure does to a home exterior. We are licensed and insured, we quote honestly without upselling, and se habla español.
