About Us

Our journey began in 1988, when we owned and operated a successful painting business, building decades of hands-on experience in the home services industry. During the COVID period, we expanded our expertise and launched Capri Wash LLC, bringing that same commitment to quality into the pressure and soft washing field.


When customers hire us, they’re getting true experience — not a crew that just started last season. With decades in the industry, we understand surfaces, materials, and proper cleaning methods on a level that newer companies simply haven’t had time to develop.

We clean exterior surfaces using the safest method for each job. Most cleaning is done with soft washing, with pressure used only when recommended, such as on concrete.
